About Me: An experienced lecturer in health sciences
With a passion for education and a deep understanding of healthcare, I have dedicated several years to teaching as an online teacher. My background combines solid professional knowledge with an innovative approach to pedagogy, which makes me uniquely qualified to guide students through their journey in the health sciences.
In my role as an online teacher, I have developed and implemented a number of educational strategies adapted to the digital learning environment. I have experience in creating engaging and interactive online courses that not only convey the necessary theoretical knowledge, but also promote critical thinking and practical understanding among students.
I have good experience that in practical subjects such as health subjects, model learning is an essential pedagogical form. That is why I have adopted video as a central part of my teaching methodology. Through my carefully crafted video lessons, I not only demonstrate procedures and techniques, but also promote a deeper understanding of how theory can be applied in practical contexts. This approach has proven to be very effective, especially in a subject area where practical competence is as important as theoretical knowledge.
My teaching philosophy is rooted in the idea that learning is most effective when it is student-centred and adapted to individual learning styles. I attach great importance to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and motivated to achieve their full potential.

The video course has been prepared in collaboration with established care institutions.
It is made up of videos of 4-10 minutes, text and exercises.
I have formal college education in aging and elder care and have taught elder care online for several years.
The course is at beginner level. To work as a care worker, you must be fond of people. You must be able to show care and show consideration and respect. You must both be able to work independently and be able to collaborate with other professional groups and with relatives.
