Om Ireneusz
I’m Ireneusz, and I’ve been involved in triathlon for almost 10 years. I’ve spent years training and racing in swimming, cycling, and running, and I know from experience what works (and what doesn’t).
I’m now offering private triathlon lessons to help athletes train smarter, improve technique, and enjoy the process more—whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up your performance.
