Om Rune
I am an Air Traffic Controller with initial training from NATS and Kingston University in the United Kingdom. I have been working in TWR control at a busy European aerodrome for the last four years. In addition to lots of operational experience, I hold valid instructor training in both practical and theoretical ATM training.

ATC and aviation in general consists of many theoretical facts. It is easy to get overwhelmed and blinded by all of this, as it is usually introduced over a short period of time.
I believe that basic understanding is the main key to help students pick up the pieces themselves and see the whole picture. I use a lot of explanation based on practical “real-world” examples, as well as drawing and visualisation.
If you are more experienced and need assistance with specific subjects or cases, I will of course adapt the teaching to your ideal level. I will always prepare ahead of class to give you a personalised experience with maximum learning exchange.
I can also help you with upcoming tests and verbal assessments. This will however require more preperation than usual, and I will need to access your curriculum/ syllabus. Let me know and I will propose a course pack addressing your needs.

I offer a 30 minute session for free if you want to try my services.
Pricing is per hour-long class.
You receive a 10% discount when buying 5 classes, and a 20% discount when buying 10 classes.
I will always prepare up front, around 30 minutes per class. If you require more preparation (create a test, read through curriculum, create mock-up verbal etc) please let me know, and we will find the right amount of classes for your need.
