Hi! My name is Lara and I am doing a master's degree here in Oslo. I'm originally from the Netherlands, but am fluent in English as my studies are in English as well, and I have been tutoring in English several years.

Since English is not my mother tongue, I have also gone through the process of learning the language. As a non-native speaker I can therefore understand the pitfalls and difficulties for students who are trying to learn the language.
As a tutor, I would want to let the student lead the class. If someone wants to gradually learn English (vocabulary, grammar, writing etc.) then we can do that. If someone has an essay or presentation coming up, we could also focus on these specific topics.
