I finished a 2-year Master Degree in Nutrition, Chronic Diseases and Healthy Aging at the University of Barcelona, Spain. I combine my work in research in the field of Nutrition and Chronic Diseases with my autonomuos activity as a nutricionist, doing personalized diet consulting and courses.


I always start with some basic theory about health, healthy lifestyle and diet, knowing the macro and micronutrients, presented with easy visual material. After some basic theory I practice the PBL (Problem-Based Learning) methodoly for teaching. I would be doing plenty of myth busting and questions and answers, food label reading, food choices, cooking tips personalized menu creation.
