Om Marco
My work is deeply rooted in personal experience. I began my own journey with meditation and yoga during a challenging period of my life, where I was looking for ways to rebuild balance, clarity and direction. Through consistent practice and study, I gradually transformed my lifestyle and developed a more stable and conscious way of living.
Over the years, this personal transformation naturally evolved into teaching and guiding others. I have supported people from different backgrounds who were looking to improve their wellbeing, manage stress, and develop healthier daily habits through meditation, mindfulness and structured personal practice.
My approach is simple and grounded. I value clarity, consistency and practical tools over complex theories. I am continuously learning, exploring and refining my understanding through both practice and study.
I am also strongly connected to nature and believe in returning to simplicity, awareness and essential living as a foundation for wellbeing.

I have been practicing and teaching meditation since 2009, combining personal experience with professional training in yoga instruction, meditation practices and holistic counseling. Over the years I have worked with a wide range of people, helping them develop greater awareness, reduce stress and improve their overall quality of life.
My approach is practical, simple and experience-based. I focus on techniques that help people work directly with attention, breathing and awareness, so they can integrate what they learn into everyday life in a realistic and sustainable way.
The sessions are structured but flexible, and I adapt each lesson to the student's needs, experience level and personal goals. The goal is to provide tools that can be used independently after each session.
Lessons typically last between 60 and 90 minutes.
These sessions are designed for motivated individuals who want to reduce stress, improve focus, develop emotional balance and create meaningful change in their daily life through consistent practice.
Sessions are available in English, online or in person in Bodø.
