Om Marko
I’m an English-speaking fitness and combat sports coach, newly based in Norway, with over 8 years of experience working on cruise ships training clients from all levels and backgrounds. I specialize in strength & conditioning, fat loss, functional fitness, and combat fitness for MMA.
I’m also a Karate championship winner, and I coach MMA and Karate, focusing on real skill, discipline, and performance — not just “workouts.”
In addition, I worked as a nutritionist in Dubai, helping clients improve body composition, energy, and overall health through smart, realistic nutrition strategies.
I hold a degree in Biology, which helps me combine science-based coaching with practical results.
Whether your goal is to get leaner, stronger, fitter, or learn striking and fighting fundamentals — I’ll build a structured plan that fits your level and pushes you forward safely.

I have over 8 years of experience working on cruise ships, coaching clients with different goals and fitness levels. I also worked as a nutritionist in Dubai, so I can support you with realistic nutrition guidance that fits your lifestyle. As a Karate championship winner, I bring strong combat sports fundamentals and technical coaching into every session.
I also hold a degree in Biology, which helps me coach using both real experience and science-based methods.
