Originally from Hungary, I have been living in Norway for the past six years, where I completed my PhD and continue my academic and professional work. My background in science strongly influences the way I think, but I also value empathy, openness, and practical understanding when working with people.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, crafting, and reading. These activities help me recharge and stay grounded, and they reflect my belief that change and wellbeing are best supported through curiosity and approaches that fit real life.

I offer online nutrition coaching with a science‑based, practical, and balanced approach, focused on long‑term wellbeing rather than short‑term dieting or rigid rules.
I am an academic with a PhD in Biochemical engineering, and I am also a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. My background allows me to combine solid scientific understanding with applied coaching principles, helping clients translate nutrition knowledge into sustainable everyday habits.
My interest in nutrition began through personal experience with major weight loss and later developed into a deeper focus on long‑term sustainability, balance, and behavioural change. This perspective shapes my coaching style, which is supportive, reflective, and tailored to real‑life challenges.
I provide online nutrition coaching in English, supporting clients who want to:

- improve their relationship with food
- pursue sustainable weight loss or long‑term weight maintenance
- reduce over‑restriction and food‑related stress
- increase energy levels and overall wellbeing
- understand nutrition without extremes or conflicting advice

Sessions are collaborative and coaching‑oriented. Rather than fixed meal plans, we work together to explore habits, goals, and challenges, and to develop realistic strategies that can be maintained over time.
