Great passionate about exotic and spicy cuisine, always using references from Spain and Moldova in my dishes. but adaptable for people. Apart from being a police officer, my father was a great cook and since I was little I have been interested in cooking different and original dishes. I'm not a chef with a title, my title would be the years of experience cooking for my family, friends and partner, that's why I always say that the best way to learn is to fail.
