Om Beatrice
I am a very empathetic, extrovert and energetic person (from Italy). I love to put myself out there and work hard.
I have always worked in the sports world, putting myself out there in a variety of situations. In my life, I have had the opportunity to work in the sports world as an athlete, project manager, coach, and exercise physiologist.
I would like to be able to help people who need support and to be useful in the Physical Activity field.
I am currently studying Norwegian so that I can fully integrate myself into Norwegian society.

The principle behind my work is to train to feel good and to improve one's quality of life. Physical activity should be experienced in a fun and stimulating way.
The workouts I create are specialized and adapted to the needs of the person I am working with. The adaptation is based on the client's goal and physical needs, with great consideration toward physical issues.
I spend time creating the right path for the client.
