Om Verona
My name is Veronica. I’m an art tutor and educator with over 5 years of experience working with both children and adults in the field of fine arts. I’m the author of the projects Traveling Sketches and Morning Sketch. Currently, I lead a drawing activity called Morning Sketch at Terran Community and am studying Drama and Cultural Communication at the University of Stavanger to further develop my teaching skills.
My main areas of focus include drawing, sketching, graphics, and watercolour. I also enjoy organizing events and master classes that aim to share knowledge and help people express themselves through art. In my teaching, I often incorporate warm-up exercises inspired by drama practices to create context for the learning process and engage the whole body in exploring new ideas.

With a background in architecture, I bring both technical precision and creative insight to my lessons. I offer personalized art instruction tailored to each student’s needs, specializing in drawing, sketching, graphics, and watercolour. These courses are designed for youth aged 16+ and adults—whether you're learning for personal growth or academic development.
As the author of Traveling Sketches, I led educational classes across my native city, teaching students to draw from nature in both outdoor and indoor locations. I have professional experience working in an art gallery, a private art studio, and a state-run educational program for children. I’ve also organized numerous art workshops and currently run regular art sessions Morning Sketch within a creative community, using sketching as a tool to explore the world and enhance visual thinking.
Classes are available online or in person at my home art studio in Stavanger, offering flexible learning options to suit your goals and lifestyle.
