Om Liudmyla
Hei!
I’m an experienced pianist and piano teacher from Ukraine. In 2015 I graduated from the National Music Academy of Ukraine with a Master's degree in piano performance and pedagogy. During my studies I became a laureate of numerous international competitions and improved my skills through various courses and masterclasses across Europe.
I am passionate about my profession and enjoy every aspect it offers—from introducing children and adults to the world of music to performing solo and collaborating with other musicians.
For the past two years, I lived in Canada, where, along with my extensive work as a collaborative pianist in the city, I taught piano both privately and at the Manitoba Conservatory of Music.
I teach in English, Ukrainian and Russian. Unfortunately, I’m not fluent in Norsk yet, as I moved to Norway only few months ago. But I’m determined to learn the language very soon.

I offer piano lessons for students of all ages and skill levels, whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your skills.
In our lessons, I strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.
On our first lesson, we’ll discuss your personal goals for learning the piano. I have a wide range of methods and materials to choose from, so I’ll find the best path to guide you through the learning process.
My goal is to make music enjoyable, helping you grow at your own pace while focusing on proper piano technique, sight-reading, and musicality.

Liudmila is an amazing piano teacher! She is extremely knowledgeable, and has a real talent for teaching. Every class is structured, and well planned. She is always adjusting and customizing classes to student's needs/goals and personal schedule which makes learning sustainable for the long term. Fun part is that she teaches you to play what you actually enjoy playing and want to play!
She also really cares about her students. Always provides support in between classes and encourages to reach out to her for help and questions anytime which makes learning faster.
Most importantly, she is a very nice and kind human so you look forward to come to class!Best piano teacher located in Bergen!
