Om Miguel
Hello everyone. My name is Miguel, I am 31 years old and I am from Chile. I am currently studying a Master's degree at the University of Bergen but I would like to dedicate my free time to what I love the most, which is yoga. I have already dedicated 7 years of my life to its practice, 3 of them to teaching, both in private classes and in groups. I hope that with my classes you can get to know yourself better and enjoy this discipline as much as I do.

I am a Hatha Yoga teacher, but I have also knowledge in the Iyengar style, being this last my favorite method.
The classes I offer are beginner level with a duration of approximately 1 hour, in which we will try to work on basic postures in which you can know your body as well as connect with your breathing, which is essential in yoga practice.
The classes are for all ages but mainly focused on people between 18 to 60 years old.
