My philosophy revolves around the principle of truly understanding the students' disposition and personality and tailoring a customized solution to engage my students. For e.g i have had high success even with very delinquent students as these students usually are good at heart but they are usually neglected by parents or lack an emotional support or connection. Empathy is key to a very broad spectrum of things in life and as teachers, content and domain expertise mastery is necessary but more importantly, it's educate students and eventually allow them to guide their own lives/directions. I consider that to be the pinnacle of success for any teachers. And for myself, i strive to be the best in teaching and mastery of content/subjects but also be able to empathise and be a guiding figure for my students.

I am taking a market average price because i am not fluent in Norwegian but am considered a native speaker in English. I can only be able to teach math and science subjects in English. I am also able to teach English as a subject with a near mastery of the subject.
