Om Lina
My background and education is from various yogic traditions; I started out assisting my teacher as a teenager within classical yoga and hatha and completed my first training as a nineteen year old following a vinyasa- based school. Since then my practice, and therefore also my teaching, has developed with me. I have deepened my knowledge and experience through several trainings and the practice of teaching everything from up- beat vinyasa to yin, restorative as well as therapeutical yoga. The lasts years Kundalini Yoga has been closest to my heart, offering what to me feels like a complete practice that can contain all the magic that this human experience offers.
