Educated yoga teacher with a background in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Kaula Tantra Yoga, Therapeutical Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Meditation, Moving Meditation, Breath Work, and Holistic Therapy. On the more active side, I teach Partner Yoga, Acroyoga and Partners Acrobatics, Strength/Mobility/Flexibility training having experience in the circus community and being educated into movement culture.

My teaching methodology is always adaptable to the people I am working with. Each trainig is personal and it is using different techniques in order to reach the goals. I combine physical practice (restaurative or intense) with breath work and meditation (under different forms)
The result is raising awareness upon different aspects of our life and practising consciousness and becoming more present as a natural state of being.
