Om Elchin
I am a counsellor, childcare practitioner and a coach.
I am currently studying psychology and hypnotherapy and I have a passion in helping people learn how to reduce stress, anxiety, pain and suffering in a holistic way and to become more mindful.
I have some chronic health challenges myself that causes pain that is why I started practicing yoga in 2006.
I completed my teacher 200 hours Hatha yoga teacher training two years ago in Thailand. Since then I have been teaching mostly online to groups and individuals.
I also recently completed swing yoga teacher training and started teaching Aerial and Hatha yoga at Tønsberg and Sandefjord Pole and Aerial.
I am more than happy to offer you the first class for free so that you can get to meet me, try my class and see how you feel before you commit to any long term agreement.
