I am a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Wrocław in the field of Physical Education and a master's degree in Sport Trainer of Motor Preparation, specialization Massage / Biological Renewal. I am a bodybuilding instructor and personal trainer. My favorite field related to sports is shaping the body through strength exercises as well as developing and improving motor skills athletes. From an early age I have been involved in sport, I have been training football from 8 years up to 19 years of age.
